Having growing up in South America, MARCELO GORENMAN taught himself how to draw, and was eventually accepted at the very prestigious School of Visual Arts in New York city. He has worked in the fields of animation and illustration starting in 2002, and his path has led him to live in seveal locations in Europe, Canada and the USA. His passion for storytelling has been the drive of his career, aware that a story can be told in a feature film, a short, or a single drawing or design. He was later accepted in the very exclusive 3-D animation program at Sheridan College in Canada, where he was able to learn a different way to create images, never neglecting his classical training. Marcelo is currently working in both in illustration and animation.  LITTLE GREEN is his first picturebook.
